Groin Pain

The most common cause of groin pain is a muscle, tendon, or ligament strain, especially among ice hockey, soccer, and rugby players. Groin pain may occur immediately after an injury, or the pain may develop gradually over weeks or even months. Continued use of the damaged area may worsen groin pain.

Massage
