Lumbar pain

Lumbar pain can stem from a variety of factors, including prolonged sitting, poor posture, excessive movement, or lumbar disc problems. This pain often manifests as back discomfort, stiffness, and may even be accompanied by radiating pain down the lower back and hips. To relieve lumbar pain, you can take some measures, such as improving your sitting posture, performing appropriate waist exercises, using hot or cold compresses, and seeking professional physical therapy or massage therapists to relieve pain. At the same time, maintaining a moderate weight and strengthening core muscles can also help reduce the burden on the lumbar spine. If pain persists or worsens, it is recommended to consult a doctor for more detailed evaluation and treatment recommendations.
